OpenAI Suspends New User Registrations and Upgrades for ChatGPT Pro $200 Tier
On September 10, OpenAI announced a suspension of new registrations and upgrades for the ChatGPT Pro $200 tier (Pro 20X), affecting Free, Go, Plus, and $100 Pro users. Existing $200 tier subscriptions are not affected, and new and existing $100 tier users can continue to use it normally. Users who cancel or downgrade from the $200 tier will not be able to repurchase this tier until the suspension ends, after their current billing cycle ends.
